We have 2 announcements to make.

1. Regarding the new full Payment Option.
The reason we've come up with this additional option is because back in STGCC 2015, we offered Ghost Rider at convention where full payment entitles the buyer a 10% discount. Many customers took this option because they liked the savings and also less hassle of keeping track of their balances, and asked why not do the same for other products? Over the next 2 years, we've also realized from an operations perspective, keeping track, sending reminders and contacting customers for balance payments racks up considerable administrative time and resources. Some collectors also get confused with Prestige discounts whether they are applicable (Prestige discounts only apply AFTER reaching the Prestige status, it does not apply to purchases BEFORE the Prestige status. It can get confusing if a member becomes prestige status over the period with cross over balance pending). So we figured why not open up this additional payment option, pass on the savings from simpler operational work back to collectors with a discount? It's a mutually beneficial payment option and more payment options mean more choices and flexibility for collectors (can't deny it helps us with operation efficiencies too). At the moment, we are also looking into installment payment plans as suggested by many collectors. We are clarifying and sharing why we do certain things to avoid misconceptions - it's an open business we run and we are always looking out for feedback to improve.

2. So what's the value of Pre-Ordering early?
Valid question! In the past, buying early means securing your orders for sure. With certain items being made-to-order (MTO) now, we make edition sizes based on actual demand (not speculation) and we've come to realize pre-ordering doesn't have the same benefits as before.

We cannot forget about the collectors who queued for hours at conventions or order early with us (aka Early Birds). The early birds' show of support is very special to us and we must never forget that without loyal customers, we won't be where we are today.

For those with us over the years, do you remember the XM Silver coins? https://www.xm-studios.com/content/faq.aspx (point 2). Actually, alot of customers are still asking us to bring that back today. Hence in view of rewarding the early birds, XM has decided to bring back Pre Order Early Bird giveaways, as a gesture of thanks and appreciation to early birds! It won't be Silver Coins as we are planning something new and special and we will announce soon what it is. We want to take this chance again to thank all the early birds, you guys are not forgotten! The Early Bird special item giveaway applies with immediate effect to the Current Optimus Prime PO. All customers who purchased OP at conventions or events prior to our official PO (before 18th April 2018) are GUARANTEED the early bird special item. For customers pre-ordering on our website and via our distributors from 18th April 2018 onwards, XM will also reward the first 20-30% customers with the special item giveaway.

"We have some updates on XM's new "Version A" and "Version B" for XM Professor X and XM Cyclops as well the 2018 XM Exclusive Marvel Statue.

As many know, space and money are 2 major concerns of collecting so we're providing options to better fit the needs of collectors. Professor X
was originally designed to ship with both the classic wheel chair and the hover chair in a single box but doing so means larger shipping costs. In
addition, collectors end up paying for 2 display options however in reality they can only display 1 configuration (the other chair is kept in the box
since there is only 1 body). To address that, XM will release 2 versions of Professor X, Version A is the smaller foot print option, with the Classic
Wheel Chair (more affordable than the larger Hover Wheelchair B version).

Similarly for Cyclops, Version A features the more standard shooting forward pose (1 torso only), which we believe to be more popular configuration.
Version B will include an ADDITIONAL upper switch out torso with Cyclops shooting his optic blast towards the sky for those who also want to have
this display option. This way, Collectors who only want the standard shoot forward pose do not have to pay for the additional upper torso. Traditionally,
we would have released just the B version but providing the A Version will help collectors who just specifically want 1 set up at a lower cost.

Ultimately, it's about providing more options at different price points so you can collect what you prefer.

The 2018's XM Exclusive Marvel piece will be the smooth charmer, Gambit, following in the tradition of previous hot favorites XM exclusives like Cable
and Ghost Rider. XM Exclusives means only XM will sell these pieces at conventions and directly on our website and walk-ins. Distributors will not be
carrying these products so it will harder to acquire."
