Ihr habt denk ich auch alle die letzte Mail von Weta erhalten.

Ich hatte Kontakt zu einem Händler, der mir zwar nicht alle Details sagen konnte, aber zumindest meinte, dass es laut Weta für alle eine zufriedenstellende Lösung geben wird.

Ich hoffe sehr, dass Weta Snowmane einfach einzeln nochmal rausschickt. Alles andere wäre für mich persönlich nicht zufriedenstellend.

Noch habe ich keine Rückmeldung von Weta aber haben ihnen mitgeteilt das ich einen Autausch wünsche.Ein Haariss sollte er noch so gut geklebt sein ist keine Garantie für Stabilität.
Ein intakter Snowmane reicht mir hier völlig aus und wäre in meinen Augen das mindeste was Weta uns anbieten sollte.

Ich hab auf das bekannte Angebot 100 Euro oder full refund geantwortet und bekam die Info von Weta, dass sie an einer anderen Lösung arbeiten und ich die Statue erstmal so behalten soll.

Es geschehen noch Zeichen und Wunder. Wir erhalten kostenlosen Ersatz innerhalb 3 Monate! Entweder als Kleinteil z.B. Schild oder als komplette Statue! Super Nachrichten!

We appreciate your patience as we’ve worked through the concerns surrounding the King Théoden on Snowmane statue. After closely assessing the situation, we’re pleased to share our resolution.


Replacement Options

We are offering replacements to any customer whose statue has sustained damage, regardless of previous consolations. If your issue can be resolved with a replacement part (i.e. a broken shield), our Customer Service team will organize for a new part to be sent to you. If a part replacement is not possible, you will be eligible for a full statue replacement.

This also applies to collectors who purchased their King Théoden on Snowmane through our retail partners. For further details on next steps, please contact your retailer directly.


How to Request a Replacement

To receive a free replacement, please send photographic evidence of your edition number (to ensure your replacement is of the same number) along with proof of the statue’s damage to support@wetanz.co.nz before 1:00 PM on March 25th (PDT).

Once the deadline passes, the total number of replacements will be confirmed, and production will begin with priority.


IMPORTANT NOTE: If you already have an open claim, you will need to submit a new request before this deadline.


Improved Packaging for Replacements

We are making adjustments to the packaging for all replacement statues, based on new data, to provide better protection in transit. Our goal is to ensure your beloved piece arrives safely and in the best possible condition.

Please note, due to logistical constraints, replacement statues may not include the usual colored-art box. If you prefer to keep or display the original packaging, we recommend holding onto your box from the initial shipment.

Replacements are expected to be delivered within three months.
