Ja kann ich nachvollziehen, ich drücke uns wie immer die Daumen ,selbst wenn sie keine Austauschexemplare haben ist eine Nachproduktion möglich auch wenn es Jahre dauern könnte.
Geduld ist wie gesagt jetzt angesagt ,ich weiß aber nicht ob du die aufbringen möchtest ebenso ob Weta überhaupt die Ware zurücknehmen muss und welches Recht des Kunden hier greift.

nun in der EU ist es doch so bei Online bestellter Ware sind 14 Tage Rückgaberecht, sie verkaufen in der EU also greift das, habe es am 1 Tagen reklamiert, somit liegt der Ball jetzt bei ihnen, Verbesserung oder Rücknahme, auch Versandkosten über 40€ trägt der Verkäufer.

innerhalb 48h muss man sich melden, das habe ich getan, somit alles im grünen wie ich das sehe...

Wobei es mir lieber wäre es auf einen Weg zu regeln wo beide Parteien was von haben.
