The Lobo Maquette measures 20” tall and 23” wide as the cigar-chomping intergalactic bounty hunter plays a killer riff on a ridiculously detailed three-barreled guitar gun. Packed with Easter egg details, this statue is a must-have for fans of this big bad bastich.

The Lobo Maquette features a mixed media costume, combining sculpted elements with detailed fabric applications. Lobo has a sculpted undershirt, gloves, and skull-topped boots along with custom-tailored fabric pants and a faux-leather vest with his iconic ‘Bite Me Fan Boy’ patch slapped on the back. This polyresin maquette also features several metal chain elements, holding his signature necklace and giant hanging hook.

Hätte mich über was Neues mehr gefreut als den nächsten Lobo.

Fand die Köpfe von der PF deutlich besser.

Finde die Maquette grundsätzlich ganz ansprechend. Das einzige was mich wirklich stört ist das Mixed Media. Was ich bei der Premium Format Ausgabe aufgrund der hervorragend geschneiderten Kleidung noch in Kauf genommen habe, stört mich bei einem „High End Maquette“ Label dann doch.

Die völlig überzogene Waffe passt perfekt zu diesem schrägen intergalaktischen Kopfgeldjäger. Base fetzt auch. Alles in allem komplementiert diese Darstellung den Charakter gegenüber einer Museumspose der Premium Format als Actionvariante und braucht sich vor dieser auch nicht zu verstecken. Hier ist richtig was los und es gibt unzählige Details zu bestaunen.

Letztendlich würde ich mir jedesmal die Frage stellen warum ich mir nicht doch die Prime 1 Version gekauft habe. Die kostet dafür aber auch mehr als das doppelte ...

bei der pf sieht das mixed media ausnahmasweise mal gut aus.
einzige statue wo es mir mit mixed media gefällt.
