Polystoned - the art of collecting

Gestern ist mein Wolverine angekommen.
Den Peg in die Base zu bekommen war schon sehr fummelig.
Ich musste an dem Metallstift nichts biegen aber die letzten 2-3mm ging er auch nur mit druck komplett in die Base.
Insgesammt habe ich ein gutes Exemplar erwischt.
Alles gut bemalt und nichts beschädigt.
Die Base alleine macht schon echt was her.
Ist mein erster 1/4 Wolverine und ich bin sehr zufrieden.

Das Paket kam aus Hong Kong also denke ich die haben es direkt von der Fabrik geschickt.

die bilder die ich geschossen hab sind für die tonne und der is auch schon wieder im karton.

Hier mal noch aus dem freaks forum einige Anweisungen von Sideshow:

While it may require a little bit of effort to get the statue to fit right, we did receive confirmation from our production team that all of the Wolverine statues were tested for fit beforehand. Because of this, I am confident that we can resolve this issue through some troubleshooting. Please attempt the following instructions to help your Wolverine fit properly into his base.

1. Before attempting to insert the key into the base, take a moment to observe the angle of the metal peg on his foot and the socket hole inside the base. Aligning these two parts is more important than the position of the front foot at this point, as you will be able to slightly pivot that foot into position in a moment.

2. Once the peg is lined up, grip Wolverine on his right leg firmly with one hand, and with your other hand brace under the Sentinel's wrist. You may need to press it down with a firm/reasonable force.

I completely understand any apprehension to do this, but rest assured that we will still be able to help you if this results in any damage to the statue.

Now for that front foot. You will need to make sure that you do not have Wolverine's heel resting on the higher lip area of the Sentinel's finger as this can prevent the back foot from seating fully into the base. Again, there should be a small bit of wiggle room to which you can pivot this foot into the correct spot.

mann, warum die immer alles so kompliziert machen müssen.

naja für die box haben die mir nun 3 optionen angeboten.

1. box austausch
2. cost-free return for a full refund
3. 10 $

kommt klar box austausch in frage.

10 $ dann so ein loch in der box, ne lieber nicht.

ne option wäre nochmal ganz zurück zu schicken.
um nochm mal ne bessere variante zu erwischen, die vom pin her beser passt,
aber dann hat man ja wieder die gefahr das es total kaputt ankommt und die nächste statue muss auch nicht besser passen.
der fehler ist ja doch vermehrt aufgekommen, wie man aus den anderen foren rauslesen kann.
im endeffekt passt es in die nut und alles gut.

ich nehm ne neue box und gut ist.

Ich würde die Figur auch nicht zurücksenden.

Meiner geht erst Ende des Monats raus, aber hier mal ne Info wie man den richtig steckt.
