"We went back to look into the hair on our latest Cyclops statue and we worked out the issue. The factory put a small layer of felt inside the hair section to make the contact between the head and hair soft. But by doing so did not factor in this would raise the hairline in a small number of cases if not fitted flush. If you receive one of the few with this issue all you need to do is pull out the felt. If this results in is some sticky residue left behind you just need to take a clean cotton bud with some warm water to remove the leftover glue. Our next batch will not have felt present.
