Zitat:"XM's learnings at Thailand Comic Con
It's the first day of Thailand Comic Con and I thought it would be nice to share my thoughts and learnings so far. Let's talk about the areas of improvement first.
1) Darth Vader set - Kid Anakin and Adult Anakin's paint job needs to be relooked at. Looks flat (especially under the dim lighting environment of the convention).
2) Gwen Unmasked Portrait - Proto eyes from factory needs to be reworked.
3) Carnage Unmasked Portrait and Paint - Consolidating reviews on balance of black vs red.
4) Magdalena Portrait - Paint work needs to be relooked at and improved.
Important note to myself, while XM is always seeking feedback and inputs to improve, conventions may not be the best avenue to do so with WIPs. Not everyone knows XM's culture of improving products before final releases. First impressions do count (especially to new folks who don't know XM) so XM should help to minimise creating any misconceptions. We definitely need to improve in this area and find a better balance of showing WIPs there are further down the process at events.
On the bright side, we've been getting generally positive vibes on Hulkbuster, Optimus, Predator and Spidey! But even with those, there's always some great feedback and suggestions from the visitors that we can learn from. (It's also good to note viewing in person is often different from photos shared on the internet.) I have said it before and I'll say it again, keep the comments coming in. Harsh or good. We are listening.
Kob Kun Kub, Thailand!"
